I agree wholeheartedly with Michael Pollan’s advice to eat real food.

I don’t think that it’s as easy as that, however.

There are far too many socioeconomic and psychosocial factors that determine the success rate of someone who simply hears this advice.

Isn’t it exactly the allure of a quick fix that this article targets with a notion of health-transformation by one sentence?
